Christmas Program 2010

Our children will present a play entitled "A Refugee Christmas" during the Christian Education hour.  This story connects the beginnings of MCC in the Mennonite refugee shelters of Berlin at the end of World War II, with the biblical account in Matthew of Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus as refugees. We are grateful to Karen Neufeld for writing and directing this original play, and to Sarah Friesen for coordinating the production.
